401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan (PSP)

Employees at NASK are offered the option to participate in a 401(k) plan, administered by Fidelity. Plan participants who are or will turn 50 years of age during the calendar year are eligible to make catch-up contributions up to the IRS limit. The maximum elective deferral is 90% (subject to IRS limits) through monthly payroll deductions. Additionally, NASK optionally contributes 25% of an employee’s base salary to the PSP, up to the IRS annual limit. Employees are immediately vested in all contributions and all benefits-eligible employees are eligible to participate in the plan. 

Individual Benefits Accounts (IBAs)

At NASK, employees are offered a unique benefit plan called an IBA. NASK funds employees’ accounts to offer them the flexibility to choose how they want to spend the money in this account based on their needs. Funds remaining at the end of the year can be used as additional taxable income. The IBA account is used to pay for:
